Alexander Klinkmann has over 22 yeas of worldwide investment experience. Over the past 10 yeas, he has successfully managed institutional capital (Swiss Pension Funds), together with an outstanding track record of investment advisory to global affluent private clients. Mont Blanc Capital Management is headquartered in Zurich and was established in 2005. Alexander Klinkmann joined Mont Blanc Capital Management in 2007 to launch the strategy of “Global Opportunity Investment Approach (GOIA)”. GOIA was developed at VP Bank Ltd as an independent investment strategy, and was implemented as a multi-fund structure in collaboration with The VP Bank Group. GOIA is geared to opportunities in global markets, with the aim of achieving a positive absolute return in the base currency using a theme-based modular structure, rather than being benchmark-oriented.

Harold Kwan has over 20 years of international experience in the finance industry in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan, and Australia. From 2002 to 2007, he was Chairman and Managing Director of Partners Capital International (Hong Kong) Ltd and responsible for overall management and investment strategy. Prior to establishing Partners Capital, Harold Kwan worked with a number of international recognized financial institutions, e.g. UBS Securities (East Asia) Limited Jardine Fleming Securities Limited and Nikko Securities Company Limited, where he was principally responsible for the analysis and promotion of Chinese equities (including H-shares in Hong Kong and B-share in Mainland China).
Mark Monson

Mark Monson joined the Emerging Equity team of RCM Capital Management in April 2007. His specialty is focused on the Asian markets and co-manages the Asian portion of the Eurasia fund. He has been working directly with the Asian stock markets for over 20 years and for the last 10 years he has managed various Asian funds as well as acting as a buy-side secondary research analyst.
Mr. Monson studied music at a University in the US and has lived in Switzerland, England and Hong Kong during the last 22 years.

Ying Z. White

Ying Z. White has extensive experience in investment-related matters. Ms. White’s practice focuses principally on representing institutional investors in their investments in the public market and in private funds worldwide. Ms. White also focuses on the formation and operation of private funds (both hedge funds and private equity funds).
Prior to joining Akin Gump, Ms. White led a team in the legal vice presidency/corporate finance group at the World Bank to provide legal advice on the investment of the World Bank’s pension fund. In that capacity, she advised on all legal aspects of the pension fund investments and covered all asset classes, including public equity, fixed income, currency, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate and global tactical asset allocation. In addition, she counseled the World Bank Pension Finance Committee on board governance issues. In her in-house counsel work, Ms. White also advised on the investment of the World Bank’s liquid assets, cash management, debt capital market matters and financial policies. She dealt with financial institutions all over the world, including many central banks of the member countries of the World Bank. Before joining the World Bank, Ms. White was an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of a prominent U.S. law firm, focusing on international trade law.
Ms. White received her B.A. from Beijing University in 1992; her J.D. magna cum laude in 1997 from the Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated first in her class; and her LL.M. with honors in 1998 from Columbia Law School, where she was an associate editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. She is a member of the Florida and District of Columbia Bars and is certified to practice before the U.S. Court of International Trade.
Norman Yen

Mr. Norman Yen is Managing Director of Xinhua FTSE Index. He brings to the company rich expertise within the fields of consulting, banking and operating management within the financial services industry. Over the course of his 15-year career, Mr. Yen has demonstrated a track record of leading and working with global financial services firms on business growth and expansion initiatives in the U.S., Asia and China. Prior to joining Xinhua FTSE, Mr. Yen served as Managing Director of SunGard, China, and prior to this served as General Manager, Greater China for Fidelity Information Services. Previously, Mr. Yen was a Principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers within the Financial Services Strategic Consultancy Practice and served as a trusted advisor to global financial services firms on strategic, operational, IT and management effectiveness issues.
